Shipping + Delivery


Okay, I ordered, now how long is production / processing time?
Each of our orders are created, inspected, packed with love, and shipped within 2-5 business days! From there, regular shipping times apply, which are noted via the shipping options at checkout.

I need my case faster, do you offer priority shipping?
Yes, we do offer priority shipping, but keep in mind this only applies to ship times. There is no option to rush production time.

Subscriptions

How does the subscription box work?

Our box runs on subscription cycles, so, subscribe by the 15th of each month in order to get your box to ship out with the first batch (the 1st-5th of the following month). For orders after that, but before the 30th, orders will ship on the 15th-20th of the month.

Example:

Order On Nov. 13th: Box Ships Dec 1-5th

Order On Nov. 17tth: Box Ships Dec 15th-20th

Can I select what's in the box? What if I don't like the cases?

Our curated cases are always a surprise, and no selections can be made. If you trust our overall style, then you'll probably love the cases! If there's one you don't fancy, gift it to a friend! If after a box or two you're not feeling the selections, you can always cancel your subscription!

I didn't receive my box this month

If your box is missing, please contact us so our team can look into it for you!

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with the case(s) you receive! If there was an error with your order, or a print issue with your case - please e-mail us (with photo) and a reason for return at curatedcases@gmail.com Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your item delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with accepted returns (shipping, etc). We recommend an option with tracking when returning items. Unfortunately, we can not provide refunds on lost returns.

Please be advised that original shipping fees or rush fees are non-refundable and any discount received due to order volume (if applicable) may be deducted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
